The bedroom is furnished with a bed frame, dresser, nighstand and make up vanity Our apartment has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a powder room, and a laundry room. You’d be sharing the common space with two female and one guy professionals in their 20’s. They are very nice, clean, occasionally enjoy having a friends over and cooking! We are looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful. Rent is $975 a month. Utilities range from $30- $40 a month. First month rent and security deposit will be due upon signing sublease agreement. Students and guarantors welcomed! have to show proof of employment. No credit check needed.
