I’m looking for a clean tidy roommate in their late 20s-early 30s. I’m a considerate roomie, I like to keep the place very clean and I’m always down for a glass of wine. I have a boyfriend who comes out to visit from Long Island once or twice a week. I like to cook but I have a job that feeds us at work, so you’ll most likely only catch me cooking on the weekend. I enjoy a party but like to keep it low key at home. Non smokers and no pets please, I love animals but just not in my living space due to allergies to cats and some dogs (and if you’re 420 friendly, just not in the living space). I’m about boundaries and respecting people’s things, and would love to have a nice, stylish place to unwind at the end of the day. I’d love someone who also had a 9-5 job. I hope to move by January. I adore my current roommates but I need to move closer to the F line for work. Fort Greene/Clinton hill would be preferred.
