Hi! I work in education, my hours are mostly 9-5. Very chill and clean to live with and I go away a lot on the weekends. I've been in nyc for years without a washer dryer so that would be awesome...and i'd love some outdoor space. Greenpoint is my preference, but also open to other neighborhoods in brooklyn.
