Hey! I have a room available (possibly 2 rooms) in my 3BR apartment by McCaren Park. The apartment has a large living space, new appliances (including laundry in unit), AC units in every room and basement storage cage. Common areas are already furnished and bedroom furniture is available to buy for a good price. Apartment is near multiple L&G stops. One of my roommates is moving out early in June and our lease is up in August. Looking for a new roommate (clean/responsible) to move in to this room within this window of 6/10-8/1 (and eventually sign renewed lease with us 8/1).
