Digital artist looking for one more roommate! I live with one other roommate in a historic 1901 apartment in the Kensington Windsor-Terrace neighborhood in Brooklyn! 10 minute walk to the Church Ave G and F subway stop, and a 12 minute walk to the Beverly Q stop! Family oriented neighborhood! My roommate and I both like to cook and just relax, and keep a very open environment for easy communication and understanding. No passive agressive stuff at all. And we’re looking for one more roommate! We’re both in our mid 20s and looking for another person also in the same age range and a professional! We really try to keep the plqce as a home, bot really for parties (certainly none of the with covid) No smoking. Rent is 800 plus utilities. Room is 10’ x 10’ and has a ceiling fan. We have a really large living room and our kitchen has a mini dish washer! Looking for first month’s rent and 800 security deposit. Looking for something to movie in buy July 1st!
