I’m looking for a new roomate to share our lovely home! A little bit about me, I'm 29 years old, work in film and TV and bicoastal between NYC and LA. Looking for a 12 month commitment but flexible. We have 4 bedroom 2 bath in a luxury art building w/ gym, movie theatre, recording studio, wood shop, laundry in building. We would love someone very clean, responsible and with a full time job.
