Hi! I need someone to take over a 12 month lease. Lease starts in August, but you can move in as early as July at an apartment in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn with 2 other female roommates. It is a 6 bedroom townhome with 2 full bathrooms and 3 private rooftops. Only 3 rooms are used for bedrooms the other 3 are used for office spaces and closets. Rent is $1250/month. Very good landlords, nice building, roommates are 28 & 30 professionals, travelers & all Aries! Dm if interested and I can send pictures of the space:)
