I recently moved to NY in a BRAND NEW beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (bathroom in each room) apartment about a year ago, and my roommates are seeking to move out. Looking for two roommates to move in around the end of September/early October with rent under $1000 each. I consider myself clean, organized, respectful, responsible, reliable a good mix between a homebody and someone who enjoys hanging out. Anticipating roommates to be in their mid-late 20s, NON SMOKERS, clean, financially reliable and friendly. The apartment is separated enough for everyone to do their own thing in their room since there's a full bathroom in each room. Near the C train.
