Hi! I'm a 25 y/o from Florida and I work in publishing! I'm looking to fill a room in a HUGE 3-bedroom in Flatbush/PLG. The apartment is very big with lots of storage space, a separate large kitchen, and laundry in the building. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of light, and the walls are rather thick (great for privacy)! We are a 5 min walk from Prospect Park and near a ton of grocery stores, coffee shops, and some bars around the corner. A 5 min walk to B/Q Church Ave station for a 20 min train ride into the city. Perfect for someone whose budget is in the $800-$1000 range. I live with a couple and we all love hanging out and going on walks, taking park trips, and having chill nights in the house, but we are also very respectful of each other's personal space and like to maintain the apartment clean.
