I’m Jay (she/her), I'm 27 years old & currently looking for a roommate to sign a lease for a 2 bedroom apt for a NOVEMBER 15th or DECEMBER 1st move-in date if needed. I would prefer to live with a woman and I would like to live with a clean person and someone that is very responsible and pays bills on time. And I'd like to live with someone that is between the ages, 21 - 35 years old. My budget is $1150 max for my end, so it'd be like a $2300 rent max I'm aiming for.
