I used to be a restaurateur but the past few years I’ve been working as a construction project manager. I Love great food, cooking, traveling, music, philosophy, spirituality, design, art and esthetics. I like my living space to be estetically pleasing, organized and clean. I appreciate people that are creative, genuine and not pretentious! I strive to be respectful toward others. I don’t smoke or do any drugs or excessive drinking and I would like to find a roommate that has the same preferences. Mind you.. I do like a great bottle of wine! Preferred neighborhoods are Williamsburg and Greenpoint and I also like spaces with a lot of light! There’s a new building on 44 Kent street in Greenpoint. It’s in a great location near the water. I’ve seen a few two bedroom apartments in the building that I would be interested in, ranging from $3000-$3750. I’d like to find a roommate to share it with.
