Hey! I'm looking for a subleaser! We're a very clean, respectful household of friends/roomies. There will be only other roommate here as well (Gabriela). The apartment has a balcony (in roommates room), living room and new appliances. It is located on Myrtle Ave right by some great dive bars. The building has elevator, game room, lounge, laundry room, 2 rooftop's, and gym! The room fits a full size bed with plenty of extra space, desk, closet, tv, and huge window with lots of natural light.
