Chill relaxed person looking for the same! 1 room available in a VERY spacious 4-bedroom / 2- Full bathroom duplex near Union and Grand Avenue. 5 minute walk from Lorimer L station, Metropolitan/Grand G, and Hewes J/M/Z. Room is available starting May 1st. Possibly April 1st. Description: Entrance is on first floor. Walk in to large living area with big screen TV and large couch. Continue to large kitchen with dishwasher, and 2 bedrooms. Downstairs is another common area with 3 large windows between 2 bed rooms one of which is available. Size is probably around 13'x8'. To left is hallway to downstairs bathroom and door to building laundry room with washer and dryer. Other way is the door to HUGE shared backyard with charcoal grills, grass lawn and patio with tables and chairs. We also have roof access to the apartment across the yard. To recap... first floor entrance, big screen TV, 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry in building, large backyard, roof access, charcoal grills & great location near public transportation/bars/cafes/restaurants/grocery stores. Rent: $1,225/month. Utilities not included (averages ~$100- $125 month total for gas, electric, internet). Current roommates are 3 guys in our late 20's/early 30's, ABOUT YOU: Please tell us a little about yourself. What you do for living, what do you do for fun, etc... Most importantly we want someone who is clean, pitches in around the common areas, buys supplies for the house occasionally (ie toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc..) and is laid back.
