My roommate and I are very chill & laid back for the most part. Pretty into aesthetics, so we like for common spaces to be kept clean & def need a mature and respectful roomie who knows how to clean up after themselves and is willing to pitch in with household chores. I have a sweet, friendly cat named Cat. 420 friendly and friendly in general :). Looking for someone to fill a vacant room in my 3-br apartment in Bushwick on the J/M/Z line. Room is available for sublet and we plan to renew the lease on 9/1.
