Nooklyn is seeking an experienced licensed real estate agent to facilitate the leasing of several New Developments in the Bronx

Compensation
Salary 50-60k+

Due to the nature of this position, candidates will need to be available to at least one Weekend day per week
Responsibilities
Be physically present at the property to facilitate showings during your assigned hours
Create Nooklyn listings for the assigned properties via the web portal
Advertise your assigned listings on third party platforms
Advertising costs will be covered by Nooklyn
Maintain detailed and up to date knowledge of the status of all amenities and availabilities in your assigned properties
Meet prospects, show the apartments and also offer other Nooklyn listings
Negotiate deals in good faith, in collaboration with the senior agent on your leasing team
Collect deposits
Help the renter through the application process
Hand over signed leases to the senior sales agent or listing manager with a paid balance
Provide provide building and unit access to new tenants prior to their move-in
Assist Nooklyn sales agents and outside agents with showings in your assigned properties
Assist the senior agent on your team with verifying unit access and keeping it updated on the Nooklyn website
Promptly reply to leads, within an hour of receipt during the hours of 9:30 am and 8:00 pm or no later than 9:30 am when received after 8pm , personally reach out to prospective clients when possible
Take videos or create floor plans upon request
Coordinate building photography requests with the senior sales agent
Update StreetEasy (and other third party marketing sites) on a regular basis, when applicable
Be the secondary point of contact for all leasing related questions from the Nooklyn leasing department, and ensure that the status of all pending applications is communicated daily to the senior sales agent
Provide daily feedback on leads, showings, access, condition of building or apartments, price suggestions via the Salesforce platform
Any time sensitive feedback will be communicated immediately to the senior sales agent or listing manager
Provide summaries of leasing activity by the week to the senior sales agent
