I am subletting a room in my wonderful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom East Village apartment October 1-September 30 (can be flexible with the length of the lease). $1425/month plus utilities (wifi/electricity). The room fits a full-size bed and the apartment is a great, quiet space in the most amazing location of the East Village/Alphabet City! It’s on the first floor of the building with high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is laundry in the building and rooftop access! We have heat, A/C, a fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven/utensils/keurig/toaster oven/panini maker/etc), TV (with Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/HBO), and wifi. The best restaurants, bars, and shops are around every block! Right next to Tomkins Square Park, St. Mark’s, and Union Square. I am a mid-20s female working in TriBeCa. I am an NYU grad and have been in the city for 8 years. I am clean, friendly, and responsible. I am a major foodie and I love having a good time! I like being active and out and about. I would love to have a roommate who enjoys exploring the city as much as I do, but I am also fine with keeping to myself and doing my own thing as well. Message me if you’re interested!
