Who am I: Hi my names Kevin and I’m 23 years old. I am originally from the Bay Area, California. I have been in New York City for almost 2 years now. I a young professional working in operations At a charter school network with a regular 9-5 m-f schedule (sometimes more hours). My hobbies include photography, cinematography, and exploring the city and discovering cool bars. I like to travel a lot so I take spontaneous weekend trips sometimes. I also do enjoy being a homebody. I love to watch movies and just chill once in a while, I have a switch so I’ll play that sometimes when I’m home. Me as a roommate: I am very extroverted and would love to have a roommate who I can hangout with. I am very clean and tidy and do not mind doing dishes. I like to cook. I clean the apartment about once a week. I don’t like locking myself in my room so i hang out in the common areas sometimes. I respect people’s boundaries. I take criticism pretty well so if you can tell me if you want me to be cleaner (for example),I won’t be mad or passive aggressive. I don’t mind: -Overnight guest -420 -Friends visiting and staying over -Parties Lmao I’m very chill so do what you want 😂 Why I’m moving/ what kind of apartment I want: I am moving because my office is in the middle of Times Square now and my current commute from Brooklyn is over an hour. Ideally, I want to be 30 min away from work (so pretty much anywhere in manhattan) I want an apartment with a living room and laundry (either in unit or in the building). Dishwasher would be cool but I really don’t care. And 100% No railroad apartments. Ideally no broker fee too. If your interested and you think we could be good roommates, let me know!
