I'm a young professional (work in public relations) looking for one more LGBTQ-friendly roomies to move in as soon as possible. The room is $1050/month. I'm generally pretty laid back and definitely a people person. All bedrooms have closets, spacious living room, central air conditioning/heat, stainless steel appliances, ~dishwasher~, large windows, laundry in building, virtual doorman, backyard access, built in Bluetooth speakers and rooftop comes with the apartment. Tons of street parking if you have a car.
