34y, non-smoker, currently no pets (maybe small dog in the future). Back home after nearly a decade in Atlanta and overseas (Ethiopia, South Africa, Greece, etc). Working/commuting crazy hours as a Midwife in a Long Island Hospital and finishing my PhD. Open to different neighborhoods. Have a lot of furniture, so ideally looking for someone who would just want to move into extra furnished room (with flexibility of course). Short/long-term ok.
