Hello! My name is Laura and I'm looking to find someone to replace me in my current lease with my roommate Greta. We live on the ground floor of a 2bdrm/1.5 bath apartment in a prime area of Williamsburg off of North 5th St and Roebling. The room has a closet with ample storage space above it, tall ceiling, half bathroom, and I can fit a queen size bed with furniture and a home office set up! It also has a private entrance into the hallway that leads to the basement with shared laundry and to the front of the building. It will be available on March 1, 2022 for $1,650./month so let me know asap if you're interested in viewing.  Greta is a working professional and goes to work during normal hours on weekdays. She has an AMAZING dog (who I will honestly miss the most!) and she's just about the most lovable medium size dog ever. She's older, super well-behaved, very friendly, and gets along with other dogs of all sizes very well too.
