Myself, my partner, and my roommate have found a lovely spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Williamsburg for a june 15 move in (flexible). So we want to fill one room, which is queen sized with a closet and room for a desk + dresser. The apartment has central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, private balcony as well as rooftop access. The apartment gets lots of natural light. Your room is $1100, roommate’s is $1150, mine and partners is $1500. Also we have two very fluffy cats. I’m an artist with a super stable job (project manager with ELC), husband is a grad student at Columbia, roommate is an engineer with Uber. On average you’ll probably find me watching awful television while drawing, husband cooking or playing video games, and roommate out socializing (when there isn’t a pandemic).
