Moving out of my studio in soho for a change of pace and have found an amazinf 2 bedroom at kent and n 1st in williamsburg- it has in unit laundry, large private deck off of the living room overlooking manhattan and a roof deck with 360 views. Its a real gem and just need to find an awesome, clean, mature, thoughtful person to share it with me! The room youd be taking would be between $1800-1900 per month (we would determine the exact amount together) ready for ASAP move in!
