Sian and Sofia! Looking for our third! Room availble July 17th and would sign a 1 year lease August 31st. Sofia is a teacher and Sian is a legal professional. Apartment is 3 mins from Flushing ave JMZ, about 10 minutes from the Montrose L, and 15 minutes from the Flushing ave G trains. W/d in basement! We have a cat Simon who is super friendly and calm.
