Hi, I'm Davis! Currently a full-time menswear design student at FIT, and want to live close to campus. Ideally would like to find a roommate or two and search for a new 2-3bdr apartment in Midtown/Lower Manhattan, or North BK. Would also be interested in filling an open room/joining an existing lease. Budget is ~$1250, but I'm comfortable paying more for a short/easy commute to school. May 15 - Jun 1 start date preferred, but as late as Aug 1 is ok. I'm 28, gay/queer, cis, I use he/him pronouns. I've lived in NYC, off and on, for the past 6 years and worked in specialty coffee and fine dining before going back to school. I like to stay active and love going climbing with friends and yoga classes when I have the time. I'm clean and respectful, but also like to meet new folks, hang out, and have fun when possible - happy to provide character references from past roommates. Also, I'm fully vaccinated. I stay busy with school and work and will be out of the apartment most days - Ideally looking for quiet home with mature roommates and positive vibes!
