I moved to NYC 10.5 years ago from Seattle and have a professional career in the arts at a university (administrative and faculty). I work M-F, 9-5, and sometimes evenings and weekends depending on the time of year. I'm quite busy outside of home, so when I am home I tend to be quiet and peaceful. I consider "home" to be a sanctuary. Therefore I'm seeking clean, tidy, respectful, mature humans who share a mutual respect for our living space. I keep a very clean kitchen and bathroom and tend to dislike clutter. My ideal roommate doesn't have to a best friend, but the idea of cooking together occasionally or sharing a bottle of wine after work sounds lovely. LGBTQA friendly is a must.
