I'm 25, moved to NYC a little over a year ago, and am currently working in the fashion industry. Flexible on location but would like to keep my commute to midtown around 30-40 minutes. I'm easy going, clean, considerate, spend a lot of hours at the office, love wine/movie nights, and exploring NYC! I dont mind an occasional overnight guest but would like a heads up in advance. I’m very respectful of our space and would love our home to be our little sanctuary in this crazy city.
