Hi there! I'm looking for a non-smoking clean female roommate to share my modern 2 bed 1 bath apt in Bedstuy, Brooklyn (only a 15 min subway ride to Manhattan!), starting Nov 1st. Your monthly rent will be $1440 + utilities. I'm a female in my early 30s working full-time in the city as a designer that's very clean, respectful, and friendly but on the quiet-side. My current roommate, who I signed the lease with last year, is moving out of the city so I need a co-signer that I could renew the lease with starting Oct 1st. My ideal roommate would be a full-time working professional in her late 20s to mid 30s, who is very clean, considerate, can follow the "no outdoor shoes in apt" policy, and will not have frequent guests. The private bedroom with plenty of natural sunlight is approx 10x9 square feet with a built-in closet. The room is unfurnished and fits a queen-size bed and a dresser. The apartment has central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, luxury furnishings, and a balcony. It's in a new high-rise building that includes elevator, 24 hr gym, and an amazing wrap-around roof terrace with beautiful Manhattan skyline view. It's only a 3 min walk to the Myrtle-Willoughby G train, and 13 minute walk to Myrtle-Broadway J/M/Z train. You must have 680+ credit score with at least 40x rent annual income for your lease application to be approved. The application fee is $75.
