Hi! 👋🏾 Me and my roommate are two 28 year old professionals looking for a friendly & clean female roommate to be added into our lease here in Brooklyn. Must be ok living with a pet cat. Paying bills and rent on time is essential & most importantly being respectful, communicative and considerate. We have a third room that is available at a luxury apartment building in Bedstuy! It has all the amenities you can think of (Gym , laundry on site , roof deck and mid deck, elevator , bike and storage room, car garage , secured mailbox and package room) it’s its spacious, modern, and a 5 minute walk from the J train. Rent not including utilities will be $940.00 which is cheaper than our rooms being this room has no window and the closet is outside the bedroom. However, the room is a good size compared to most in NYC fitting a dresser, desk, full size bed and large clothing rack. Utilities are WiFi + electric.Credit / income will be performed by management.
